1. Based on Article 4 ofCircular 26/2009/TT-BGDDT:
Uniform Standards
1. Summer uniforms include:
a) shirts and trousers or traditional ao dai.
b) Shoes or sandals with back straps.
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 school badge is attached to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 left chest or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 outer middle of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 left sleeve (for students in general education institutions); attached to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 left chest (for students at vocational secondary schools, university students).
For female students, if skirts are used, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 skirt length must cover xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 knees.
If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 ao dai is chosen as xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 uniform, only female students in high schools, vocational secondary schools, and universities will wear it.
2. Winter uniforms include:
a) Coats.

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training is responsible for guiding general education institutions, and other education institutions under their management in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of this Circular.
2. Direct, inspect, and supervise xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 implementation of uniform wearing at general education institutions and other education institutions under their management.
Thus,according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 above provision, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Education and Training is responsible for supervising xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization of uniform wearing at lower secondary schools in their area to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
