- Individuals meeting literacy standards level 1: Completed phase 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ literacy elimination program and continued education post-literacy or completed grade 3 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary education program.
- Individuals meeting literacy standards level 2: Completed phase 2 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ literacy elimination program and continued education post-literacy or completed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ primary education program.
* Standards for recognizing literacy elimination level 1
Based on Article 20 ofDecree 20/2014/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standards for recognizing literacy elimination level 1 are as follows:
- For communes: At least 90% of individuals aged 15 to 35 have been recognized as meeting literacy standards level 1; for communes with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions, at least 90% of individuals aged 15 to 25 have been recognized as meeting literacy standards level 1.
- For districts: At least 90% of communes have been recognized as meeting literacy elimination level 1.
- For provinces: At least 90% of districts have been recognized as meeting literacy elimination level 1.
