- Procedure implementation:

Step 1:The organization or individual submits directly or via postal service 01 set of application documents to the competent authority for establishing a foreign language xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube informatics center;

Documents include:

Step 2:

+ The Director of a university, academy; the President of a university; or the Principal of a college decides to permit educational activities for foreign language xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube informatics centers operating within the campus of the institution.

- Procedure implementation:

Step 1:The foreign language xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube informatics center submits directly or via postal service 01 set of application documents to the competent authority specified in (1).

Documents include:

- Petition proposing permission for educational activities;

- A copy issued from the original register, an authenticated copy, or a copy accompanied by the original for comparison of the establishment decision issued by the competent authority;

- Internal regulations for educational activities of the center;

- Report on infrastructure, equipment, curriculum, teaching materials; management, teaching staff; legal documents proving the lawful use of land, buildings; financial resources ensuring the operation of the center.

Step 2:Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the competent authority reviews the documents. If the documents are unsatisfactory, a written notice specifying required adjustments or supplements is issued to the center;
