Based on Clause 2 Article 19 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on National Excellent Student Exams issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulation on transferring exam papers is as follows:
Transfer of exam papers
kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Examination Steering Committee decides on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp method of transferring exam papers:
- Direct transfer method:
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp President of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Exam Paper Council organizes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp printing, packaging, sealing, and stamping with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp "Highly Confidential" level on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam paper bags and hands them over to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam paper transportation unit to deliver to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Exam Boards. Exam papers are safeguarded according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp state's highly confidential document protection regulations;

- Zone 1:kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp working area for members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Exam Paper Council who have direct contact with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam papers;
- Zone 2:kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp buffer zone between Zone 1 and Zone 3, managed by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp police, with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp responsibilities: supervising all communications via kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fixed telephone as stipulated by this clause, serving as kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp communication link with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp outside, and controlling people and objects moving from Zone 3 to Zone 2 and vice versa.
