Are students entitled to a day off during the Mid-Autumn Festival?
There is currently no specific regulation for students to have a day off on Mid-Autumn Festival.
Additionally, based on Article 112Labor Code 2019regarding holidays:
Holidays
1. Employees are entitled to days off work with full pay on the following holidays:
a) New Year: 01 day (January 01, Gregorian calendar);
b) Lunar New Year: 05 days;
c) Victory Day: 01 day (April 30, Gregorian calendar);
d) International Labor Day: 01 day (May 01, Gregorian calendar);
