When shall a higher education institution in Vietnam be dissolved?

According to Article 96 ofDecree 46/2017/ND-CP, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution of a higher education institution is stipulated as follows:

Dissolution of a higher education institution or a branch of a higher education institution

1. A higher education institution or a branch of a higher education institution shall be dissolved when vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following situations occur:

a) It has committed serious violations against applicable regulations on organization or operation of a higher education institution or a branch of a higher education institution;

b) Upon expiration of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of suspension specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension decision, causes for such suspension have not yet been corrected;

c) Educational objectives and contents specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment decision or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on approval of establishment have no longer matched vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national socio-economic development demands;

d) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution takes place upon vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay founder of a higher education institution or a branch of a higher education institution;

dd) Upon expiration of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of 05 years, it has failed to comply with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commitment specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approved proposal for its establishment after vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of entry into force of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on establishment or approval of establishment.

Thus, a higher education institution is dissolved in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

- It has committed serious violations against applicable regulations on organization or operation of a higher education institution or a branch of a higher education institution;

- Upon expiration of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of suspension specified in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension decision, causes for such suspension have not yet been corrected;

Step 1:

vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training receives vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution dossier from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution and organizes its appraisal. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appraisal of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution dossier is carried out according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for establishing a higher education institution as stipulated inNghị định 46/2017/NĐ-CP;

Step 2:

Within 15 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier, if it does not meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training will notify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or individual to supplement and complete vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution dossier;

Step 3:

Within 30 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a satisfactory dossier, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training, in cooperation with relevant ministries and central authorities, will appraise vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossier and submit it to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Prime Minister for consideration and decision on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dissolution of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education institution;
