Based on Article 9 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulations on Student Affairs for Regular University Education Programs promulgated withCircular 10/2016/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary measures for university students are as follows:

Students who commit violations, depending on đá bóng trực tiếp nature, extent, and consequences of đá bóng trực tiếp violations, may be reminded, criticized, or subjected to one of đá bóng trực tiếp following disciplinary measures:

(1) Reprimand shall beapplied to students who commit a first-time violation but at a minor level;

(2) Warning shall be applied to students who have already been reprimanded but re-offend, or those who commit minor violations but do so frequently, or first-time offenders with relatively serious violations;

(3)Suspensionfor a fixed term shall beapplied to students who are under warning but continue to violate, or who commit serious violations, particularly prohibited actions; students who violate đá bóng trực tiếp law and receive a suspended sentence.

In specific cases, đá bóng trực tiếp head of đá bóng trực tiếp higher education institution will determine đá bóng trực tiếp suspension period based on đá bóng trực tiếp training regulations, which can be one semester, one academic year, or for đá bóng trực tiếp duration of đá bóng trực tiếp suspended sentence.

(4) Expulsion shall be applied to students who continue to violate during đá bóng trực tiếp suspension period, or those who commit first-time but extremely serious violations that negatively affect đá bóng trực tiếp institution and society, or those who receive a prison sentence.

Disciplinary measures from a warning upwards must be recorded in đá bóng trực tiếp student management file and notified to đá bóng trực tiếp student's family.

In cases where students are suspended for a fixed term or expelled, đá bóng trực tiếp institution must notify đá bóng trực tiếp local authorities and đá bóng trực tiếp student's family for coordination in management and education.

(1) For students who are reprimanded: after 3 months from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary decision, if đá bóng trực tiếp student does not re-offend or commit further violations requiring disciplinary action, đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary decision automatically terminates, and đá bóng trực tiếp student is entitled to đá bóng trực tiếp benefits of a student from đá bóng trực tiếp date of termination.

(2) For students who are warned: after 6 months from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary decision, if đá bóng trực tiếp student does not re-offend or commit further violations requiring disciplinary action, đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary decision automatically terminates, and đá bóng trực tiếp student is entitled to đá bóng trực tiếp benefits of a student from đá bóng trực tiếp date of termination.

(3) For fixed-term suspension cases: upon đá bóng trực tiếp end of đá bóng trực tiếp suspension period, đá bóng trực tiếp student must present a certificate from đá bóng trực tiếp local authorities (commune-level) proving good adherence to civic duties; a certificate from đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority confirming đá bóng trực tiếp completion of a suspended sentence for consideration of re-admittance to study if conditions are met.

Step 1:Students who commit violations must write a self-criticism report and propose a disciplinary measure. If students do not comply, đá bóng trực tiếp Student Rewards and Discipline Council will still meet to handle đá bóng trực tiếp case based on collected evidence;

Step 2:đá bóng trực tiếp class president convenes a meeting with đá bóng trực tiếp student body to analyze and suggest a disciplinary measure to đá bóng trực tiếp faculty or đá bóng trực tiếp student affairs division;

Step 3:đá bóng trực tiếp faculty or student affairs division reviews and proposes measures to đá bóng trực tiếp Student Rewards and Discipline Council of đá bóng trực tiếp institution;

Step 4:đá bóng trực tiếp Student Rewards and Discipline Council meets to review and apply đá bóng trực tiếp disciplinary measure, including its members, a representative from đá bóng trực tiếp class of đá bóng trực tiếp violating student, and đá bóng trực tiếp violating student. If đá bóng trực tiếp student, having been invited, does not attend (without a valid reason) or does not submit a self-criticism report, đá bóng trực tiếp council proceeds with đá bóng trực tiếp meeting and considers additional neglect of organizational discipline awareness.
