2. Strengthen socialization efforts to attract organizations and individuals to participate in investing, constructing, upgrading, and renovating sports facilities and training equipment in schools and communities to meet students' sports activity needs.

Based on Article 3 ofCircular 16/2018/TT-BGDDT, which regulates vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sponsorship for educational institutions within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national education system as follows:

Content of mobilizing and receiving sponsorship

1. Educational institutions are allowed to mobilize and receive sponsorships to implement vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following contents:

Step 1: Establish vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution is responsible for establishing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee.

vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee includes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following key members: vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chief accountant; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay representative board of parents or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay representative of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Student Union; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay representative of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local community where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution's headquarters are located (if any);

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution is vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee;

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee is responsible for disseminating and widely informing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay purpose, meaning, and principles of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sponsorship activity; providing information about vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time, address, name, and account number to receive sponsorship of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution; inspecting and handing over sponsorships in-kind or non-material forms;

(1) For monetary sponsorships:

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution must open a detailed accounting book to separately track vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay received sponsorship funds; open an additional account at a Bank or State Treasury to receive vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transferred sponsorship funds;

- In case of sponsorship in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, or other valuable items, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution will cooperate with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee to organize vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sale to a Commercial Bank or organize auctions and deposit vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proceeds into vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay institution's account.

(2) For in-kind sponsorships:

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution will cooperate with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sponsorship Reception Committee to carry out vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for receiving and handing over, preparing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay grounds and warehouses to store vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sponsored items promptly and conveniently;

- In case of sponsoring construction works under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay "turn-key" method:

vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sponsor completes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay documentation and certificates related to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay construction work and transfers them to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institution and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay financial agency at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same level for accounting according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay received sponsored work's value.

Encourage vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay final settlement of funds following vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulation inThông tư 09/2016/TT-BTCof vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance regulating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay final settlement of completed projects under state capital sources (Thông tư 09/2016/TT-BTChas expired and been replaced byThông tư 96/2021/TT-BTC)
