1. 2. Manage the National Qualification Framework of Vietnam at vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training levels.Take charge vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cooperate in comparing National Qualification Framework of Vietnam with the Qualification Frameworks of ASEAN vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay other countries.

3. 7. 1. 2. 4. Manage vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspect the implementation of specialized vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional standards of educators vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training manager title; guide vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct the training plan vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the use of teaching staff vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training administrative officials.

5. Guide vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay direct the public vocational schools under the management of the locality to build the working place vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay develop the personnel mechanism based on the professional titles; inspect the implementation of autonomy vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay self-responsibility mechanism for finance, organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay personnel of vocational schools under their management.

6. Implement vocational training supportive policies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training socialization policy in their area.

7. Direct the cooperation between enterprises vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vocational schools within their area; develop policies for encouraging enterprises to order trainings from vocational schools.

8. Carry out enumeration activities; provide information about the organization vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay activities of vocational schools vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay about the international cooperation in vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training.

9. Submit the cost estimate decision, fund allocation decision vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay final account of vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training expenditures to the Provincial People's Committee as specified in the current regulations.

10. Within their competence, inspect the implementation of the law on vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training in the province; settle complaints vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay denunciations vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay handle violations against the regulations on vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training.

11. Direct the Department of Labor, Invalids vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Social Affairs to help the Provincial People’s Committee to carry out state management on vocational education vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training in the province.

12. Carry out other duties vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exercise other rights as regulated by laws.
