Lecturers
1. A lecturer in a higher education institution is a person whose personal background is clear; has good qualities and ethics; has sufficient health to perform tasks; has xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 qualifications meeting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements of this Law and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizational and operational regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 higher education institution.

According to Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 duties of lecturers in public higher education institutions are as follows:
- Lecturers are responsible for teaching, guiding, and grading projects and graduation theses; participating in teaching master's and doctoral training programs, and guiding and evaluating master's theses and doctoral dissertations if they meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 required standards;
- Directly participating in building and developing training programs;
