Authority to Issue Degrees and Certificates

a) Junior high school diplomas are issued by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro division of education and training;
b) High school diplomas are issued by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro director of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro department of education and training;
c) Diplomas from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro college of education are issued by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teacher training institution or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro head of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro university with teacher training programs;
d) higher education degrees are issued by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro university president, university principal, institute director, head of research institutes with permitted training and degree issuance at corresponding levels;
đ) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro university president issues higher education degrees to students from affiliated training and research units (except member universities).

Degrees and Certificates in Higher Education

a) Bachelor's degrees are awarded to those who graduate from university-level training programs according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro output standards of level 6 as per Vietnam's National Qualifications Framework and specific, legal regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution;
b) Master's degrees are awarded to those who graduate from master's-level training programs according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro output standards of level 7 as per Vietnam's National Qualifications Framework and specific, legal regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution;
c) Doctoral degrees are awarded to those who graduate from doctoral-level training programs according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law, meeting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro output standards of level 8 as per Vietnam's National Qualifications Framework and specific, legal regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training institution;
d) Equivalent level degrees as stipulated in clause 2 of this Article.
Degrees for certain in-depth specialized training fields in higher education include medical doctor, dentist, traditional medicine doctor, pharmacist, veterinary doctor, engineer, architect, and some other degrees as per separate regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam, awarded to those who graduate from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro training programs stipulated in Article 14 of this Decree.

Timeframe for Issuing Degrees and Certificates
- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authorized individuals specified in clause 1, Article 15 of this Regulation are responsible for issuing degrees to students within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following timeframes:
a) 75 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision to recognize junior high school or high school graduation;
b) 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision to recognize college of education, university graduation;
c) 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision to recognize and award trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro master's degree;
d) 30 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision to recognize and award trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro doctoral degree.
