Issuance of Certificates
1. Certificates in national high school excellent student competitions
a) Certificates of students winning prizes in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national high school excellent student competition are issued to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students who win prizes in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competition;
b) Certificates of students participating in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national high school excellent student competition are issued to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students who participate in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competition but do not win prizes;
c) Certificates of students participating in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national high school student selection for international and regional Olympic teams are issued to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students who participate in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exam.
2. Based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competition, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Director of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Quality Control Department issues certificates to students. Certificates are issued only once.

Responsibilities of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training
1. Advise vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provincial People's Committee on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay plan, strategy, and budget for organizing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competitions at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local level.
2. Direct and organize vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of excellent student competitions at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local level, perform vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examination supervision duties according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Examination Regulations and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidance of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training.
3. Direct, organize, and manage examination records, prepare vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay necessary facilities for organizing national excellent student competitions; cooperate with relevant units to organize excellent student competitions.

- Students winning prizes in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national excellent student competition and having graduated high school are considered for direct admission and given priority for admission to universities and colleges according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay current University Admission Regulations and College Admission Regulations in Early Childhood Education.
