b)Studentsnot required for undergoing pre-university training
Studentswho are eligible for admission by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay form of nomination policiesand pass trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay entrance exam forundergraduate and college programsin trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay year of selection do not have to undergo pre-university training and can directly advance toundergraduate and college programs;

2. Undergraduate, college, and intermediate training for nominated students
a) Nominated students are trained within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay full-time education system and arranged to study alongside students of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training major;
b) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay undergraduate program follows trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current educational regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training, with a maximum extension of 2 academic years (4 semesters) beyond trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay designed program duration;
c) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay college-level program follows trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay current educational regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, with a maximum extension of 1 academic year (2 semesters) beyond trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay designed program duration;
d) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay duration for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay intermediate program follows trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, with a maximum extension of half an academic year (1 semester) beyond trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay designed program duration;
dd) Students who complete trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training program within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay maximum duration stipulated in points b, c, and d of this clause are entitled to rights and obligations under nomination policies; beyond trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay maximum duration, nominated students must continue education self-funded, and are not eligible for recruitment and employment placement post-graduation;
e) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization of training, graduation recognition, and diploma issuance is executed according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay corresponding training level under current regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Education and Training and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs.
Nominated students are trained within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay full-time education system and arranged to study alongside students of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay training major.

Under Article 10 ofDecree 141/2020/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay specific regulation is as follows:
Funding fortraining of nominated students
Training costsfor nominated students are balanced within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual state budget expenditure estimates of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay education, training, and vocational education sector according to state budget management decentralization. Policy scholarships for nominated students are implemented according to Decree 84/2020/ND-CP dated July 17, 2020, by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam detailing some provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Education Law.
In cases where nominated students are studying pedagogy programs, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay support policy for living expenses is implemented according to Decree 116/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020, by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government of Vietnam specifying trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay support policy for tuition fees, living expenses for pedagogy students.
