Based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions of Clause 1, Article 4 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Regulation on selection of excellent students at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national level issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDTas follows:
Eligible students
1. For bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exam:
a) Students currently in upper secondary school (upper secondary school) with conduct (or discipline) and academic performance (or grades) rated as fairly good or higher according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp semester (or academic year) immediately preceding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam and selected for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's competition team;
b) Each candidate is only allowed to participate in one subject per academic year.
2. For bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Olympic team selection exam:
Students currently in upper secondary school (upper secondary school) who fall into one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following categories:
a) Selected by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training from among students who won prizes in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exam of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp same academic year based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principle of selecting from highest to lowest scores, ensuring that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp number of students selected for each subject does not exceed eight (08) times bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp number of students needed for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national team to compete in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp international Olympic in that subject;
b) Did not participate in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exam of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp same academic year, but were members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national team that competed in regional Olympic games; members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national team that competed in international Olympic games in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp previous academic year.

Number of students
1. For bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exam: Each unit participating in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam may register a maximum of 10 students for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp team per subject (specifically, units in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City may register a maximum of 20 students per team).
2. For bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Olympic team selection exam: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp number of students for each subject each year is summoned by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring all requirements specified in Clause 2, Article 4 of this Regulation are met.
Thus, according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp above regulations, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student team can have a maximum of 10 students per subject team (specifically, units in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City may register a maximum of 20 students per team).

Based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions of Clause 1, Article 9 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Regulation on selection of excellent students at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national level issued together withCircular 17/2023/TT-BGDDT, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations for directing and organizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exam are as follows:
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training directs and organizes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exams; considers and decides on special cases to ensure bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purpose and requirements of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam organization.
- Annually, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training issues a decision to establish bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Excellent Student Selection Exam Steering Committee (referred to as bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Exam Steering Committee).
+ bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Head of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Steering Committee is bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Deputy Heads are leaders of relevant functional units under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, in which bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Standing Deputy Head is bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp leader of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Quality Management Department ; Members are leaders of some relevant units under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Public Security; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Secretary assisting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Steering Committee are officials and public employees from relevant units under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Public Security;
+ Duties and powers of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Exam Steering Committee: Assist bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training in directing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of examination organization plans; direct and inspect bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp stages of preparing exam questions, supervision, examination, and re-evaluation; handle arising issues during bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam organization process, report to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training, and relevant authorities.

+ Develop plans to organize national excellent student selection exams, submit them to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training for approval;
+ Guide bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization of national excellent student selection exams;
+ Mobilize units participating in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam to supervise bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exams;
+ Prepare and deliver exam questions to meet organizational requirements;
+ Organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp supervision of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Olympic team selection exam;
+ Organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp grading and re-evaluation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp national excellent student selection exams.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Inspectorate of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training: Presides and cooperates with relevant units to inspect and supervise bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp stages of organizing national excellent student selection exams.
