1. Primary school homeroom teachers are reduced by 3 hours/week, secondary and high school homeroom teachers are reduced by 4 hours/week.

2. Homeroom teachers at ethnic minority boarding secondary and high schools are reduced by 4 hours/week. Homeroom teachers at specialized schools and semi-boarding schools are reduced by 4 hours/week. Homeroom teachers in schools/classes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the disabled and handicapped are reduced by 3 hours/week.

2a. Homeroom teachers in preparatory university schools are reduced by 3 hours/week.

3. Teachers concurrently in charge of subject classrooms are reduced by 3 hours/subject/week.
