Based on point a, clause 2, Article 3 ofDecree 11/2015/ND-CP, following regulations are stipulated:

1. The Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program is part of the general bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program, vocational bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, and higher bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp; the physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content is part of the preschool bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program, reflecting the physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp objectives; it prescribes the standards for knowledge, skills, the scope and structure of physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content, methods, and forms of organizing physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities, and the methods of evaluating the outcomes of the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject at each level of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp or training.

2. Authority to issue the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Program

a) The Minister of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and Training issues the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program as part of the general bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program, and the physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content is part of the preschool bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program.

b) Directorsof universities, academies, and principals of universities are responsible for developing, appraising, and issuing the training programs of their institutions, including the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program as regulated by the Minister of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and Training.

c) Principals of colleges and vocational schools are responsible for developing, appraising, and issuing the training programs of their institutions, including the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program as per the guidelines of the heads of central state management agencies on vocational bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.

The Minister of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and Training of Vietnam issues the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program as part of the general bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program, and the physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content is part of the preschool bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program.

Thus, the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program in lower secondary schools is issued by the Minister of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and Training.

Position, objectives of physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp, and sports activities in schools

1. Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in schools is an educational subject, a compulsory subject, part of the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program at all levels of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and training, and aims to equip children and students with basic movement knowledge and skills, foster the habit of exercising to enhance health, develop physical strength and stature, thus contributing to the comprehensive bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp objectives.

2. Sports activities in schools are voluntary activities for students, organized through extracurricular activities, sports clubs, groups, individuals, suitable to their preferences, gender, age, and health, aiming to perfect movement skills, support physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp objectives through practice and sports competitions, and provide opportunities for students to exercise their rights to play, entertain, and develop athletic talents; discover and nurture sports talents.

Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in schools is an educational subject, a compulsory subject and apart of the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program at all levels of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and training. The objective is to equip children and students with basic movement knowledge and skills, foster the habit of exercising to enhance health, develop physical strength and stature, thus contributing to the comprehensive bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp objectives.

Thus,according to the above regulation, the Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject in lower secondary schools is an educational subject and a compulsory subject.

What are requirementsfor teaching physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in lower secondary schools in Vietnam?

Based on clause 1, Article 4 ofDecree 11/2015/ND-CP, following regulations are stipulated:

Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and Sports Teachers and Lecturers

1. Physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and sports teachers and lecturers must ensure the standards and training levels of educators as prescribed in Article 70 and Article 77 of the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law.

According to the above regulation, physical bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp and sports lecturers in lower secondary schools must ensure the standards and training levels of educators as prescribed in Article 67 and clause 1, Article 72 of theLaw on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 2019as follows:

- Have good qualities, thoughts, and ethics;

- Meet professional standards according to job positions;

- Have the skills to update and improve professional competency;

- Meet health standards as required by the profession;

- Have a bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher for secondary school teachers. If the subject lacks teachers with a bachelor's degree in teacher training, they must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a certificate in pedagogy.
