According to Clause 6, Article 27 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on High School Graduation Exams issued withCircular 15/2020/TT-BGDDTsupplemented by Clause 14, Article 1 ofCircular 02/2024/TT-BGDDT:

6. Putting đá bóng trực tiếp headers back:
a) Only putting đá bóng trực tiếp headers back after written paper scripts are marked and scores are inputted on software;
b) Header matching on software: Matching all data on scores of written paper scripts with data on information about students enclosed with header numbers (provided by đá bóng trực tiếp Script Header Removal Board after scores are completely input).
c) Inspection of header matching: After successful header matching on đá bóng trực tiếp software, printing đá bóng trực tiếp comparison sheet from đá bóng trực tiếp software in order for Secretary Board of Exam Council to manually match at least 20% of đá bóng trực tiếp headers; in case of errors, a record shall be made and a report shall be sent to đá bóng trực tiếp Chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp Exam Council to determine causes in an exact manner and take remedial measures.
d) Envelopes opened and used during đá bóng trực tiếp process of header matching shall be sealed; đá bóng trực tiếp seal shall bear all signatures of đá bóng trực tiếp persons directly involved.
Thus, if there are errors during đá bóng trực tiếp inspection of header matchingof đá bóng trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam in Vietnam, a record shall be made and a report shall be sent to đá bóng trực tiếp Chairperson of đá bóng trực tiếp Exam Council to determine causes exactly and take remedial measures.

Under Clause 4, Article 25 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on High School Graduation Exams issued withCircular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp regulation states as follows:
Script Header Removal Board
1. Script Header Removal Board:
a) Composition: đá bóng trực tiếp manager: shall be held by đá bóng trực tiếp head or member of Exam Council; deputy managers: shall be held by heads of divisions of đá bóng trực tiếp DET, heads of high schools; members: officials and public employees of đá bóng trực tiếp DET, heads and teachers of high schools, police officers, security guards, medical staff, service staff;

4. Handover of written paper scripts, headers of which have been removed, to Exam Council:
a) After completing đá bóng trực tiếp removal of script headers, đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of Script Header Removal Board shall hand over đá bóng trực tiếp written paper scripts, headers of which have been removed, to đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of Secretary Board of Exam Council; đá bóng trực tiếp Chairperson of Exam Council shall decide to hand over answer sheets/scripts at once or according to marking progress;
b) Script headers shall be stored by Script Header Removal Board and only be handed over to đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of Secretary Board of Exam Council after đá bóng trực tiếp marking of written paper scripts finishes.
Thus, under đá bóng trực tiếp regulations mentioned above, đá bóng trực tiếp handover of written paper scripts whose headers have been removed to đá bóng trực tiếp Exam Council in Vietnam is carried out as follows:
- After completing đá bóng trực tiếp removal of script headers, đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of đá bóng trực tiếp Script Header Removal Board shall hand over đá bóng trực tiếp written paper scripts, headers of which have been removed, to đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of đá bóng trực tiếp Secretary Board of Exam Council; đá bóng trực tiếp Chairperson of Exam Council shall decide to hand over answer sheets/scripts at once or according to marking progress;
- Script headers shall be stored by đá bóng trực tiếp Script Header Removal Board and only be handed over to đá bóng trực tiếp Manager of Secretary Board of Exam Council after đá bóng trực tiếp marking of written paper scripts finishes.

According to Point b, Clause 1, Article 25 of đá bóng trực tiếp Regulation on High School Graduation Exams issued withCircular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities of theScript Header Removal Boardof đá bóng trực tiếp High School Graduation Exam in Vietnam are as follows:
- Receive written paper scripts in sealed envelopes of Exam Places from đá bóng trực tiếp Secretary Board of Exam Council;
- Remove script headers and keep them confidential;
- Seal and store answer sheet headers as per regulation on confidentiality throughout đá bóng trực tiếp marking duration until đá bóng trực tiếp marking of written paper scripts finishes;
- Hand over answer sheets/scripts, headers of which have been removed, in sealed envelopes, to đá bóng trực tiếp Secretary Board of Exam Council;
- Hand over answer sheet headers, in other sealed envelopes, to đá bóng trực tiếp Secretary Board of Exam Council after đá bóng trực tiếp marking of written paper scripts finishes.
