According to Article 14 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulations on Undergraduate Education issued together withCircular 08/2021/TT-BGDDT, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations are as follows:

Graduation recognition and degree awarding

1.Conditions for graduation consideration and recognition:

a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student has accumulated sufficient units of study and credits and completed other compulsory contents required by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program and achieved vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expected learning outcomes of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program;

b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student has average GPA or higher for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole course;

c) At vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of graduation consideration, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student is not facing a criminal prosecution or suspended from study.

2.Principals shall issue graduation recognition decisions and award degrees to students eligible for graduation within 03 months starting from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time where vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay students become eligible and have fulfilled all obligations with their training institutions.

3.Degree classification shall be determined based on GPA of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole course according to regulations in Clause 5 Article 10 of this Regulation, in which, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay degree classification of students with excellent and very good GPAs will be lowered by half in any of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) Retaken units of study exceed more than 5% of total credits required for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay whole program;

b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student received a warning or a more severe penalty when they attended vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program.

When are students in Vietnamdisciplined bywarning?

In Clause 1, Article 9 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulations for student affairs in formal higher education programs issued together withxem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disciplinary forms for students are prescribed as follows:

Forms of discipline and details of violation

1. Violating students may, depending on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nature, extent and consequence of their violation, receive warnings, reprimands or may be subject to one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following disciplinary actions:

a) A disciplinary action represented in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of reprimand shall be imposed on students who commit less serious violations for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first time;

b) A disciplinary action represented in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of warning shall be imposed on reprimanded students who continue to commit violations, or those who commit less serious violations in a continual manner, or those who commit violations for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first time which are relatively serious;

c) A disciplinary action represented in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of fixed-term academic suspension shall be imposed on students who breach rules and regulations or commit serious violations against regulations on student's prohibited acts during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay warning period; those who contravene laws and are subject to a suspended sentence. As vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case may be, Heads of higher education establishments may consult training rules to make decisions on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspension term, i.e. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay term of one semester, one academic year or vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay term vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same as vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay suspended sentence period.

What are vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for takingwarnings against students in Vietnam?

According to Article 10 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regulations for student affairs in formal higher education programs issued together withxem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for taking warnings against students in Vietnam are as follows:

Step 1: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student makes a self-assessment report and proposes a disciplinary form

Violating students shall be forced to write self-criticism reports in which appropriate disciplinary actions imposed on them are clearly stated. If these students fail to comply, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Student Reward and Discipline Board shall proceed to hold a meeting that discusses and agrees on disciplinary actions to be imposed on these students based on available evidence;

Step 2: Meeting and proposal ofdisciplinary forms

Head teachers of classes attended by these students shall join meetings with all students in these classes, discuss and agree on recommended disciplinary measures on which departments or student affairs units will then make their decisions;

Step 3: Review

Departments or student affairs units shall make their assessment before recommending vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Student Reward and Discipline Board to make its decision on these recommended measures;

Step 4: Disciplinary meeting and decision issuance

vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board will then convene a meeting over disciplinary actions to be imposed which is attended by Board members, representatives of class attended by violating students and violating students themselves.

If violating students who have been invited to such meeting are absent (for no sound reasons) and do not submit their self-criticism reports, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board shall hold vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay meeting as planned and charge them with lack of organizational self-discipline.

vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Board shall then vote on disciplinary actions to be applied and request Heads of higher education establishments to issue written decisions on approval of these actions.
