- In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number due to sex reassignment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizens

- In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number due to correction trực tiếp bóng đá k+ year trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth as per the law on civil registration

- Cancellation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification due to error relating to place trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth, year trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth, or gender trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizens during data input process

 

Citizens shall go to the commune-level police station where the citizen registers their permanent residence to cancel and re-establish personal identification numbers.

-  In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number, commune police where citizens register permanent residence shall request the citizens to provide civil status documents proving their sex reassignment or correction trực tiếp bóng đá k+ year trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth to examine, verify and add to administrative documents and submit request for re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number to supervisory agencies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National database on population trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Security.

-  In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ cancellation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification due to error relating to place trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth, year trực tiếp bóng đá k+ birth, or gender trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizens during data input process, commune police where citizens register permanent residence must examine and verify information which needs revision and send request for cancellation and re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number to supervisory agencies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National database on population trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Security.

Heads trực tiếp bóng đá k+ supervisory agencies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National database on population trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Security are responsible for reviewing and deciding on cancellation and re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number for cases above.

Once decisions on cancellation and re-establishment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ personal identification number are issued, supervisory agencies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National database on population trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Security must update new personal identification number trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizens on the National database on population.

Cancelled personal identification number shall be stored in information data trực tiếp bóng đá k+ citizens in the National database on population and must not be issued to other citizens.

Commune police where citizens register permanent residence shall inform the citizens in writing about their new personal identification number.

Police authorities that receive application for issuance trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Citizen Identity Cards shall utilize newly established personal identification number in the National database on population to issue Citizen Identity Cards as per the law.
