04 Emulation and commendation titles in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector are prescribed inThông tư 25/2023/TT-NHNN, including:

Title "Advanced Labor"

đá bóng trực tiếp title "Advanced Laborer" is awarded annually to individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector who well comply with đá bóng trực tiếp Party's guidelines and policies, State laws, regulations, and rules of đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector, locality, and unit and meet đá bóng trực tiếp following standards:

+ Complete tasks well or better;

+ Have đá bóng trực tiếp spirit of self-reliance, solidarity, and mutual support, and actively participate in đá bóng trực tiếp emulation movement.

Not considering awarding đá bóng trực tiếp title "Advanced Laborer" to individuals in one of đá bóng trực tiếp following cases: newly recruited for less than 10 months, disciplined in đá bóng trực tiếp form of reprimand or higher.

Title of "Advanced Labor Collective"

đá bóng trực tiếp title "Advanced Labor Collective" is awarded annually to collectives in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector that meet đá bóng trực tiếp following standards:

+ Completing assigned tasks well;

+ Participating in regular, practical, and effective emulation movements;

+ At least 70% of individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp collective have achieved đá bóng trực tiếp title of "Advanced Laborer" and no individual has been disciplined in đá bóng trực tiếp form of a warning or higher;

+ Internal unity, good compliance with đá bóng trực tiếp Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of đá bóng trực tiếp State.

Title of "Excellent Labor Collective"

đá bóng trực tiếp title "Excellent Labor Collective" is awarded annually to collectives in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector, selected among đá bóng trực tiếp collectives that have achieved đá bóng trực tiếp title "Advanced Labor Collective" and meet đá bóng trực tiếp following standards. :

+ Excellently completing assigned tasks;

+ Actively participate in regular, practical, and effective emulation movements;

+ 100% of individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp collective complete assigned tasks, of which at least 70% of individuals achieve đá bóng trực tiếp title "Advanced Laborer";

+ There is an individual who won đá bóng trực tiếp title of "Grassroots Emulation Soldier";

+ Internal solidarity, exemplary compliance with đá bóng trực tiếp Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of đá bóng trực tiếp State.

Title of "Emulation Flag of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank"

đá bóng trực tiếp title "Emulation Flag of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank" is awarded annually to collectives that well comply with guidelines and policies of đá bóng trực tiếp Party, State laws, regulations of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank, units, and localities, leading đá bóng trực tiếp emulation movement of Emulation Blocks and Clusters, and meeting đá bóng trực tiếp following standards:

+ Exceeded emulation targets and assigned tasks during đá bóng trực tiếp year; is an outstanding collective in ministries, departments, branches, and provinces;

+ Internal solidarity; Party and union organizations are clean and strong; actively practice thrift, combat waste, prevent and combat corruption, negativity, and other social evils.

đá bóng trực tiếp title "Emulation Flag of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank" is awarded to collectives leading thematic emulation movements launched by đá bóng trực tiếp Governor of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank with an implementation period of 3 years or more when summarizing đá bóng trực tiếp emulation movement.

Standards for awarding medals "For đá bóng trực tiếp cause of Vietnam Banking" for individuals in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector

đá bóng trực tiếp commemorative medal "For đá bóng trực tiếp cause of Vietnam Bank" (hereinafter referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp Medal) is a form of reward from đá bóng trực tiếp Governor of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank to recognize đá bóng trực tiếp contributions of individuals inside and outside đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector who have made many contributions to đá bóng trực tiếp development process of đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnamese banking sector.

Individuals who have been or are currently working in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector need to meet đá bóng trực tiếp standards prescribed in Clause 1, Article 13 ofThông tư 25/2023/TT-NHNNbelow to be awarded đá bóng trực tiếp commemorative medals:

- Individuals who complete đá bóng trực tiếp assigned tasks well or better (calculated for đá bóng trực tiếp total time used to consider awarding đá bóng trực tiếp commemorative medals) and have worked in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector for 20 years for men and 15 years for women;

- Individuals who are automatically awarded medals include:

+ Bank officials recognized as martyrs;

+ Officials participating in đá bóng trực tiếp Preparatory Committee to Establish đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam National Bank; bank officials participating in Battlefield B from 1968 onwards;

+ Bank officials are awarded đá bóng trực tiếp following titles by đá bóng trực tiếp State: "Golden Star Medal", "Ho Chi Minh Medal", Independence Medal of all ranks, and "Labor Hero"and comrades who are leaders of đá bóng trực tiếp State Bank;

- Individuals given priority for awarding commemorative medals include:

+ Officials working in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector from May 6, 1951 to May 7, 1954 and having worked continuously for 10 years;

+ Bank officials participating in battlefields B, C, K during đá bóng trực tiếp resistance war against đá bóng trực tiếp US before April 30, 1975, their working time will be multiplied by a factor of 2 (one year equals 2 years) when considering gifts;

+ For officials who previously worked in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector who were sent to đá bóng trực tiếp army, youth volunteers, went to school, or were transferred to another industry and then continued to return to đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector to work, that time is still counted as continuous working time in đá bóng trực tiếp banking sector when considering gifts.
