According to Article 3 ofDecree No. 79/2022/ND-CP, the organizational structure of the Government Office include 20 units:

(3) Control administrative procedures

(4) Assure information serving the Government’s xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Prime Minister’s leadership, direction xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube administration work

(5) Provide information to the public

(6) Ensure material, technical xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube logistical conditions for activities of the Government xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube the Prime Minister.

(7) Formulate xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube promulgate legislative documents xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube other documents within the Government Office’s competence in accordance with law.

(8) Perform tasks of inspecting documents xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube handling illegal documents within its competence xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube according to regulations of law.

(9) Receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube process documents submitted by ministries, central authorities, the provincial People's Committees xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube related agencies, organizations xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube individuals to the Government xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Prime Minister; issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube manage documents of the Government xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Prime Minister; formulate, manage xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube operate an e-document storage system at the Government Office in accordance with law.

(10) Conduct inspections; receive citizens, settle complaints xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube denunciations; prevent xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube control corruption, practice thrift xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube anti-waste in accordance with the provisions of law.

(12) Regarding officials

- The Government Office's officials must possess good political xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube ethical qualities, high professional qualifications xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube a thorough knowledge about the sectors xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube fields under their charge; be entitled to specific preferential regimes xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube policies according to regulations;

- The Government Office may propose the transfer, rotation xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube secondment of officials from ministries, central authorities, agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube local authorities to the Government Office xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube vice versa according to its competence xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube regulations of the Prime Minister xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube law. Ministries, central authorities, agencies xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube local authorities shall transfer, rotate xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube second officials at the request of the Government Office.

(13) Manage organizational apparatus, official payroll, number of employees xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube working positions; decide recruitment, employment, management xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube implementation of other regimes xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube policies for officials xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube public employees under its management as prescribed.

(14) Decide xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube direct the execution of administrative reform xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube digital transformation programs under its competence according to the objectives, contents xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overall state administrative reform programs.

(15) Manage finance, assets xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube other resources assigned to it; manage scientific research activities; enter into international cooperation in accordance with law.

(16) Perform other tasks xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube entitlements assigned by the Government xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Prime Minister or according to regulations of law.
