- Certificates of training in food safety of persons who directly participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube food production and trading, which are confirmed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant’s owner.

3. Procedures for issuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube certificate of food safety in Vietnam

xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube competent authority shall receive and inspect xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube legitimacy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube application, carry out a site inspection and issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube certificate of food safety. = Assess xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube satisfaction of food safety conditions by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant.

- Give xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube site inspection result

= xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube inspection result which is “Passed”, “Partially passed” or “Failed” must be specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube inspection record made according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Form No. 03a if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food manufacturer or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Form No. 03b if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food seller or both Forms if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food manufacturing and trading establishment.

Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube “Passed” result is given, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube competent authority shall issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube certificate of food safety made according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Form No. 05a (if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food producer) or Form No. 05b (if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food seller) or Form No. 5c (if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube applicant is a food production and trading establishment) in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Appendix I enclosed withDecree No. 17/2020/ND-CP.
