- Time: Lunar New Year’s Eve.

(2) Hung Kings Commemoration Day

- Phu Tho Province may fire short-range fireworks for no longer than 15 minutes at Hung’s King Temple;

(3) Independence Day

Thus, the cases where fireworks are allowed include: Lunar New Year, Hung Kings Commemoration, National Day, Dien Bien Phu Victory Day, Victory Day April 30, liberation anniversary, province/city establishment, and national and international cultural, tourism, and sports events. Depending on the locality and event, the fireworks display time should not exceed 15 minutes, and can be fired at high altitude, low altitude or both. The time for fireworks is usually at 9:00 p.m., especially for Lunar New Year, which is launched at New Year's Eve (ie, 00:00).

2. What are the procedures for issuance xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube consumer firework pyrotechnic composition import, export permit in Vietnam?

According to Article 15 xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeDecree No. 137/2020/ND-CPamended by Clause 5, Article 3 xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeDecree No. 56/2023/ND-CP, the procedures for issuance xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube consumer firework pyrotechnic composition import, export permit in Vietnam are as follows

- An application form, clearly specifying

+ Business code;
