a) Causing death;

c) Causing injury or harm to the health đá bóng trực tiếp two or more people with a total bodily injury rate đá bóng trực tiếp 61% to 121%;

d) Causing damage to property from 100,000,000 VND to less than 500,000,000 VND.

2. Committing the crime in one đá bóng trực tiếp the following cases shall be punishable by imprisonment from 03 years to 10 years:

a) Without a valid driver's license as prescribed;

b) Under the influence đá bóng trực tiếp alcohol with blood or breath alcohol concentration exceeding the prescribed limits, or using drugs or other strong stimulants;

c) Fleeing to evade responsibility or intentionally not helping victims;

d) Disobeying traffic controller or guide signals;

dd) Causing the death đá bóng trực tiếp 02 people;

e) Causing injury or harm to the health đá bóng trực tiếp two or more people with a total bodily injury rate đá bóng trực tiếp 122% to 200%;

g) Causing damage to property from 500,000,000 VND to less than 1,500,000,000 VND.

3. Committing the crime in one đá bóng trực tiếp the following cases shall be punishable by imprisonment from 07 years to 15 years:

a) Causing the death đá bóng trực tiếp 03 or more people;

b) Causing injury or harm to the health đá bóng trực tiếp three or more people with a total bodily injury rate đá bóng trực tiếp 201% or more;

c) Causing property damage đá bóng trực tiếp 1,500,000,000 VND or more.

4. Violating road traffic participation regulations in cases where actual potential exists for the consequences prescribed in points a, b, and c đá bóng trực tiếp clause 3 đá bóng trực tiếp this Article, if not promptly prevented, shall be fined from 10,000,000 VND to 50,000,000 VND, subject to non-custodial reform up to 01 year, or imprisonment from 03 months to 01 year.

5. The offender may also be banned from holding certain positions or practicing certain professions or doing certain jobs for 01 to 05 years.

Thus, anyone who runs a red light and causes a traffic accident that results in damage to another person, falling into one đá bóng trực tiếp the cases mentioned above, shall be prosecuted for criminal liability on the charge đá bóng trực tiếp violating road traffic participation regulations, with a penalty ranging from 01 year to 15 years in prison.
