1. Abstract

Protecting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rights of bona fide third parties in cases where a contract is rendered void is an important issue because such nullification not only affects trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contracting parties but also affects bona fide third parties who engage in transactions honestly and in good faith, without knowing or being able to know that trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro transaction they have entered into lacks legal basis. Comparing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions on protecting bona fide third-party rights in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw No. 33/2005/QH11with those in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw No. 91/2015/QH13of Vietnam, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro latter has introduced new regulations to protect bona fide third-party rights in civil transactions related to real estate or movable property that require registration. However, there are still shortcomings in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Civil Code 2015 regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro protection of bona fide third-party rights. This article will analyze these shortcomings and propose recommendations to improve trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law.

2. Cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro seller is not trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro true owner in Vietnam

In theory, they contain trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro results of judicial activities; and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro third parties who trust in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro name of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state to establish contracts must be protected, even if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment is subsequently amended, as it is natural for judgments made in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro name of "state power." If we impose trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro consequences on bona fide third parties, it would be illogical and indirectly weaken trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro effectiveness of judicial activities.

We should not differentiate whether trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment or decision is annulled or amended; trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract should be considered valid. From both subjective and objective perspectives, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro bona fide third party relies on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment or decision of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state, they trust in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro "judicial activities,"  trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro representation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state, so trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law must protect them; otherwise, it will diminish trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro trust of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro people in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro law.

Philippine law in paragraph 2 of Article 150 also recognizes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract for a bona fide third party when they acquire property from a seller determined to be trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro owner according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment or decision of a competent court, even if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro seller is not trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro true owner and there is no judgment or decision that is annulled or amended.

3. Recommendations for improving legal provisions

Alternatively, we can refer to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro legislative experience from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Civil Code of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Philippines, paragraph 2 of Article 150, which recognizes trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contract for a bona fide third party when they acquire property from a seller determined to be trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro owner according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judgment or decision of a competent court; even if trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro seller is not trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro true owner and there is no judgment or decision that is annulled or amended.

In summary, it can be seen that trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Civil Code 2015 currently plays a very important role in regulating civil exchanges to relatively protect trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rights and legitimate interests of bona fide third parties, avoiding infringement, and minimizing deceit. Furthermore, from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro perspective of state management, it requires state administrative agencies to correctly follow trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro registration procedures, not causing difficulties for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro people and avoiding regrettable mistakes. Additionally, it is important to enhance trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judicial expertise of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro judges in resolving disputes to protect trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro rights of bona fide third parties.
