The Central Executive Committee has just issuedRegulation 145-QD/TW2024 on regime for providing further training in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating knowledge trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay skills for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam.

The subjects participating in the training are leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels shall be classified into 3 further training categories as follows:

- Category 1: Key leaders trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay senior leaders of CPV, State trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnamese Fatherland Front.

- Category 2: Officials under management of the Politburo trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Secretariat.

- Category 3: Officials under management of Party committees, CPV organizations trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay leaders of agencies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay units.

Party committees, CPV organizations, ministries, central trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay local authorities, agencies advising Party committees at all levels, further training trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating institutions tasked with providing further training in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating knowledge trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay skills for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels stated above

Regulation 145-QD/TWof 2024 will take effect from May 10, 2024 trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay replaceRegulation 164/QD-TWof 2013.

2. Purposes of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements for further training for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam

The purposes of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay requirements for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels are prescribed as follows:

- Regarding the purpose of training: Further training in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating of necessary knowledge trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay skills aim to contribute to improving the competence, thinking, vision, quality, work efficiency trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay practical experience for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels .

- Regarding training requirements:

+ Further training in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating of knowledge trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay skills serve as a regime binding leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials; one of the criteria for assessment of officials, Party committees trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay CPV organizations;

+ Further training in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay updating of knowledge for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels must be carried out in a practical trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay effective manner to avoid unnecessary formalities.

3. Contents of further training for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam

According to Article 4 ofRegulation 145-QD/TW2024, the contents of further training for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam include:

- Results of final review of practice trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay development of theory about viewpoints trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay guidelines of CPV trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay knowledge contributing to improving capacity, thinking, vision, experience trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay skills in leadership, governing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management science; in formulation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay completion of institutions trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policies.

- New regulations promulgated in the CPV’s Resolutions trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay documents associated with the CPV’s guidelines, policies, leadership methods trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay governance; construction of CPV trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay political system; socio-economic development, development of national defense, security trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay foreign affairs at each level, agency, unit trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay local authority.

- World, regional, national trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay local situation.

- Experience of some developed countries; experience in addressing complex issues that arise from the management, governing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management.

Party committees, CPV organizations trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay leaders of agencies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay units shall realize trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provide guidance on the abovementioned contents in an appropriate manner trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay integrate them into training seminars for participants.

4. Form trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay duration of further training for leading trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managerial officials at all levels in Vietnam

The form trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay duration of training for leaders trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay managers at all levels are specified in Article 6 ofRegulation 145-QD/TW2024 as follows:

- Forms

Face-to-face or hybrid.

- Period

+ Category 1: For a specific period decided by the Politburo.

+ Category 2: At least 5 days/tenure decided by the Politburo trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Secretariat.

+ Category 3: At least 7 days/tenure decided by Party committees, CPV organizations trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay leaders of agencies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay units managing officials.
