+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons who have illegal acts of interference in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay civil aviation activities specified under Points dd, e, g and h, Paragraph 2, Article 190 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw amending and adding some article of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam.

- Permanently prohibiting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects have been handled but still commit violation in one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases specified in Paragraph 2 of Article 18 ofNghị định 92/2015/NĐ-CP;

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons who have vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay illegal acts of interference in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay civil aviation activities specified under Points a, b, c and d of Clause 2 Article 190 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw amending and supplementing some articles of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Civil Aviation of Vietnam.

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons who appropriate or cause riots at vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay airports or aerodromes and flight operation service providers.

2. Cases of denying transportation of passenger for security reasons in Vietnam

Pursuant to Article 17 ofNghị định 92/2015/NĐ-CP, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay airlines have vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to deny transporting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following passengers for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay security reasons:

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay passengers specified under Point a, Paragraph 1, Article 16 ofNghị định 92/2015/NĐ-CP.

- Upon requirement of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnamese or foreign competent authorities.

3. Regulations on transportation of subjects with potential threats to aviation security in Vietnam

Transportation of subjects with potential threats to aviation security is specified in Article 16 ofNghị định 92/2015/NĐ-CPas follows:

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects with potential threats to aviation security consist of:

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons who lose their consciousness or act control capacity;

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay persons who are denied entry but fail to return home voluntarily;

+ vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accused, defendants, prisoners, expelled persons, extradited persons and arrestees under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay wanted decision.

- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 16 ofNghị định 92/2015/NĐ-CPmust be provided with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay drink with alcohol or stimulant during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay flight; vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay crew must continuously supervise them during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay flight and take necessary additional measures.
