If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái roots and branches of trees extend beyond xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái boundaries, such person must clip and prune xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái parts of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái trees beyond xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái boundaries, except as otherwise agreed."

Thus, trees are only allowed to be planted within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái boundary determined according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái above regulations. In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tree branch extends beyond xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái boundary, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái owner needs to trim it to avoid affecting other people's land use rights.

Article 585. Principles of compensation for damage

1. Actual damage must be compensated in full and promptly. Unless otherwise provided by law, parties may agree on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount of compensation; on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái form of compensation, which may be money, in kind or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái performance of an act; lump sum payment or payment in instalments; and on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái method of compensation.

2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái compensation payable by a person having caused damage may be reduced if such damage was caused unintentionally and is very large in comparison to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái financial positions of such person.

3. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount of compensation determined becomes unrealistic, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái aggrieved person, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person having caused damage, has xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái right to request a court or another competent authority to change xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount of compensation.

4. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái aggrieved party is partly his/her fault for causing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái damage, that part of damage shall not be compensated.

5. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái party having rights and interests infringed shall not be compensated if such damage incurs due to his/her failure to adopt necessary measures to prevent xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái damage.
