To remove requirements regarding foreign language trực tiếp bóng đá k+ informatics certificates for sports officers in Vietnam

On October 25, 2022, the Ministry of Culture, Sports trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Tourism of Vietnam issued Circular 07/2022/TT-BVHTTDL stipulating codes trực tiếp bóng đá k+ standards for professional titles trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary classification of sports officers.

Officials specializing in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports must meet the following standards of training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ retraining:

- Having a university degree or higher with a training discipline or major relevant to the discipline or field of physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sport;

- Having a certificate of standard training for professional titles of public employees specializing in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports.

In particular, instructors (grade IV) must meet the standards of graduating from an intermediate level of physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sport or higher. If you have an intermediate or higher diploma in another major, you must have a certificate of training in standards for professional titles of public employees in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports.

Thus, compared with the provisions of Joint Circular 13/2014/TTLT-BVHTTDL-BNV dated October 17, 2014, Circular 07 has abolished the conditions for certificates of foreign languages trực tiếp bóng đá k+ informatics in standards on qualifications for training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ fostering public employees specialized in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports.

However, in terms of professional competence, officials specializing in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports must have basic information technology skills trực tiếp bóng đá k+ can use foreign languages or use ethnic minority languages for officials working in ethnic minority areas according to job position requirements (not applicable to tour guides).

In addition, the appointment trực tiếp bóng đá k+ classification of salaries into professional titles of public employees specializing in physical training trực tiếp bóng đá k+ sports must be based on the job position, responsibilities trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tasks being undertaken, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the officer's expertise trực tiếp bóng đá k+ profession.
