- According to Clause 1 Article 13 of theBộ luật xem bóngof Vietnam, an employment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay is an agreement between an employee and an employer on a paid job, salary, working conditions, and the rights and obligations of each party in the labor relations.
A document with a different name is also considered an employment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay if it contains the agreement on the paid job, salary, management and supervision of a party.

- Forms of employment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay: according to Article 14 of theBộ luật xem bóngof Vietnam, an employment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay shall be concluded in writing and made into two copies, one of which will be kept by the employee, the other by the employer, except otherwise specified by law. + Basic training and advanced training, occupational skill development.
- For the collaborator trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay, in the case of a service trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay, it is not required to ensure any specific content. Therefore, the parties have the right to freely agree on the content of the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay but must ensure that it is not contrary to the provisions of law.

+ In case the collaborator trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay is a service trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay: When the performance of the work recorded in the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay is not beneficial to one of the parties to the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay, it has the right to unilaterally terminate the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay. However, when terminating, it must ensure the correct contents signed in the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay.
+ In case a collaborator trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay is an employment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay: The employee who is a collaborator and the employer who establishes an employment relationship in the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay have the right to unilaterally terminate the trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay.
