What is the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods?

"Origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods"means a country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries or territory where such goods has been wholly obtained or where the last substantial transformation has been carried out when more than one country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries or territory is concerned in the production kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the goods.

(According to Clause 1 Article 3 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp theDecree No. 31/2018/ND-CP)

As regulations above, a country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries or territory shall be verified as origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods in one kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following cases:

- Where such goods has been wholly obtained

- Where the last substantial transformation has been carried out when more than one country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries or territory is concerned in the production kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the goods

How to determine the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 27 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhàstipulating verification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods as follows:

- Customs authorities shall inspect and verify the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods based on customs declaration, certification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin, documents in customs documents and results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp physical inspection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods.

Certification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods must be issued by competent agencies kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exporting countries or self-certified by manufacturers, exporters or importers under treaties to which the Socialist Republic kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam becomes a party;

-  In case kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp doubt about the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods, customs authorities shall inspect and verify the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods at manufacturing countries under treaties to which the Socialist Republic kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam becomes a party. Results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin inspection and verification are legally valid for verification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods.

While awaiting the results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the inspection and verification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the goods, imported goods are cleared according to the provisions kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Article 37 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà. However, they do not enjoy preferential tax rates. The actual tax payable is based on the results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the inspection and verification kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the goods.

At the same time, Articles 4,5,6 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếplịch trực tiếp bóng đá hômstipulate on how to determine imported goods, specifically:

- The general principle for determining the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods is: The goods must have originated in the country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries, or territory where the final production process that fundamentally changes the goods takes place.

- The determination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods will be based on 02 rules:

+ Preferential rules kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods:

For imported goods that are eligible for preferential tax and non-tariff regimes, the preferential rules kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin are implemented in accordance with international agreements that Vietnam has signed or acceded to and in accordance with the regulations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Industry and Trade guiding those international agreements.

Imported goods are considered to have pure origin or to be fully produced in one country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries, or territory if they meet the requirements kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Article 7 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpDecree No. 31/2018/ND-CP.

Imported goods are considered to have non-pure origin or to be not fully produced in one country, group kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp countries, or territory if they meet the origin criteria under the List kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Specific Rules kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Origin set out in Appendix I kết quả bóng đá trực tiếplịch trực tiếp bóng đá hômto guide Article 8 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpDecree No. 31/2018/ND-CP.

What documents are included in the application for pre-determination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 3 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp theCircular No. 33/2023/TT-BTC, before following customs procedures for their import or export shipment, the organization or individual that requests pre-determination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin shall submit an application for pre-determination kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin which includes:

- An application form made using the Form in Appendix I enclosed herewith: 01 original;

- The statement kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp production costs made using the Form in Appendix II enclosed herewith and the origin declaration made using the Form in Appendix III enclosed herewith by the domestic producer/supplier kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp materials or supplies which are used in the production kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp another product: 01 copy;

- The production process or certificate kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp analysis (if any): 01 copy.

- Catalogue or photos kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp goods: 01 copy.
