Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 192 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayCode No. 92/2015/QH13 dated, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Courts shall return trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lawsuit petitions in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following cases:

First, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petitioners have no right to initiate a lawsuit as prescribed in Articles 186 and 187 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayCode No. 92/2015/QH13 datedor do not have full civil procedure act capacity;

Second, conditions for initiating lawsuits prescribed by law are not fully satisfied. Forth, after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay time limit specified in clause 2 Article 195 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayCode No. 92/2015/QH13 dated, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators fail to submit trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receipts of Court fee advances to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Courts, except for cases they are exempt or do not have to pay trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Court fee advances or there are objective obstacles or force majeure events;

Fifth, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay cases do not fall under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay courts' jurisdiction;

Sixth, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators fail to amend or supplement trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petitions at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay request of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Judges as prescribed in clause 2 Article 193 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayCode No. 92/2015/QH13 dated.

If in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petitions, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators have written sufficiently and accurately trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay residential addresses of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay defendants and/or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay persons with relevant interests and duties but such persons change their residences regularly without notification to compentent agencies/persons according to law regulations on residence to evade obligations towards trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Judges shall not return trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lawsuit petitions but regard trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay defendants/persons with related interests and duties as purposely concealing their addresseses and accept trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petition and conduct settlement according to general procedures.

If in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petitions, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators failed to declare sufficiently or accurately names and addresses of defendants and/or persons with relevant interests and duties and fail to make amendment/supplement according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay requests of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Judges, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Judges shall return trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay petitions to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay litigators;
