Article 1. Position and Function

The Ministry vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Industry and Trade is an agency vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Government vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam, performing the function vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state management vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay industry and trade, including the sectors and fields vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electricity, coal, oil and gas, new energy, renewable energy, efficient and economical energy use, chemicals, industrial explosives, mechanical engineering industry, metallurgy, mining and mineral processing industry, consumer industry, food industry, supporting industry, environmental industry, high technology industry (excluding information technology and digital technology industry); industrial zones, handicraft, industry promotion; domestic trade; import and export, border trade; logistics services; overseas market development; market management; trade promotion; e-commerce; trade services; international economic integration; competition, consumer rights protection; trade defense; and public services in sectors and fields under the state management vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the ministry.

The Market Management Agency at all levels shall continue to perform their functions, tasks, and powers according to current law until the transfer vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the provincial-level Market Management Department under the General Department vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Market Management to the People's Committees vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provinces and centrally-run cities;

The Ministry vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Industry and Trade shall transfer the provincial-level Market Management Department under the General Department vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Market Management to the People's Committees vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provinces and cities directly under the central government to establish Market Management Sub-departments under the Department vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Industry and Trade before June 1, 2025.
