- Bioaccumulative;

- Persistent organic pollutant;

- Harmful to the environment.

Thus, toxic chemicals are hazardous substances that have at least one dangerous characteristic as stipulated by law, including acute toxicity, chronic toxicity, causing irritation, carcinogenic risk, causing genetic mutations, reproductive toxicity, bioaccumulation, persistent organic pollutants, and environmental harm.

According to Article 311 xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay theVietnam Criminal Code 2015 (amended in 2017)on the offense xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay illegal production, storage, transportation, use, or trade xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay flammable or toxic substances [323]:

- Anyone who illegally produces, stores, transports, uses, or trades in flammable or toxic substances shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 1 year to 5 years.

- Committing the offense in one xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the following cases shall be sentenced to imprisonment from 3 years to 10 years:

+ As an organized crime;

+ With a large quantity xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay offending materials;

+ Causing death;
