In subsection 1, Part II of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube procedures issued underDecision 420/QD-BGDDT 2025, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube composition and quantity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube high school graduation exam registration dossier are as follows:

(1)Exam Registration Form (according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube form in Appendix II issued withThông tư 24/2024/TT-BGDĐTdated December 24, 2024, by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Minister of Education and Training issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeRegulations on high school graduation exams);

(2)Valid certificates to enjoy priority and encouragement policies (if any);

(3)4x6 size photos taken in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube style of ID card/citizen ID card, taken no more than 06 months before submission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube dossier;

(4)Copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube high school transcript (for candidates who have completed xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube general education/continuing education program but have not yet graduated from high school in previous years as per point b, clause 1, Article 19 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeRegulations on high school graduation exams);

(5)Copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube high school diploma (for candidates who already have a high school diploma taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam to use xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube results as a basis for registering for admission as per point c, clause 1, Article 19Regulations on high school graduation exams);

(6)Copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube intermediate diploma, copy of study records or transcripts of high school cultural subjects according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube provisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Education Law and current guiding documents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Education and Training (for candidates who already have an intermediate diploma taking xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam to use xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube results as a basis for registration as per point d, clause 1, Article 19 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeRegulations on high school graduation exams);

(7)Certificate of retained scores (if any) confirmed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Principal of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube high school where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube candidate took xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube previous year or confirmed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Department of Education and Training where xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube candidate took xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube candidate took xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube exam in another province;

(5)Original or certified copy from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original or copy issued from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original book or a copy enclosed with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube original for comparison, as proof of eligibility for priority and encouragement policies (if any).
