- Regarding unmanufactured tobacco, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader that has been issued with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 license for manufacture of cigarettes by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade and wishes to use imported unmanufactured tobacco to manufacture cigarettes.

- Regarding salt, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader that wishes to use salt for manufacture that is confirmed by a competent regulatory authority.

- Regarding poultry eggs, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader that wishes to import poultry eggs.

According to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 import tariff quotas announced annually and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 one specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader's application for registration, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade shall consider issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 license for importing commodities under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tariff-rate quotas to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader.

According to Article 15 ofCircular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application for issuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 license for importing commodities under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tariff-rate quotas is prescribed in Points a and b Clause 1 Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP. According to Clause 3, Article 15 ofCircular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT, procedures for issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 license for importing commodities under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tariff-rate quotas are prescribed in Clause 2 Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP. To be specific:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader shall submit an application prescribed in Clause 2 of Article 15 ofCircular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT, directly or by post or electronically (if applicable), to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade (xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Export and Import), 54 Hai Ba Trung Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application is unsatisfactory or additional documents need to be provided, within 3 working days from date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application is received, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade shall request xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 trader to complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application.

Note: According to Clause 4, Article 15 ofCircular No. 12/2018/TT-BCTamended by Article 25 ofCircular 42/2019/TT-BCTregulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time for periodic reporting of import implementation status for traders specifically:

- Each trader shall submit periodic or ad hoc import reports at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade (xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Export and Import) using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 specimen in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Appendix XIV hereof.
