Contents on petroleum e-invoice in Vietnam

According to Article 10 ofDecree No. 123/2020/ND-CP, petroleum e-invoice will include xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following contents:

- Name, reference number and form number of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoice.To be specific:

+ xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 name of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 petroleum e-invoice:is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 name of each type of invoice displayed on each invoice.

+ Form number and reference number of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoiceshall comply with Article 4 ofCircular No. 78/2021/TT-BTC.

- Invoice number:Invoice number is an ordinal number written on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoice when it is issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller. An invoice number consists of 8 digits, from 1 to 99 999 999, written in Arabic numerals, begins on January 01 or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 first day on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoices are used and ends on December 31.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 digital signature on an e-invoice is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller or buyer adds his/her digital signature to that e-invoice and expressed in "ngày, tháng, năm” (day/month/year) format of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 calendar year. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of a digital signature on an issued e-invoice is different from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 e-invoice, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax declaration date shall be xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance date of that e-invoice.

- Fees and charges payable to state budget, discounts and sales promotions(if any).

- Name and TIN of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoice printing service providershall be specified in tax authority-ordered printed invoices.

- Text, numbers and currencieson invoices

- An electronic invoice does not necessarily have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 buyer’s electronic signature, even if goods/services are sold overseas

In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 buyer is a business establishment and both xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 buyer and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller agrees to use digital or electronic signatures on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 e-invoice issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoice shall bear xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 buyer’s and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller’s digital or electronic signatures as agreed.

- E-invoices for sale of oil and gas to non-business individuals do not necessarily bear xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 name, form number, reference number, and number of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 invoice; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 buyer’s name, address, TIN, electronic signature; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 seller’s digital or electronic signature; VAT rate.
