đá bóng trực tiếp conditions for officials and public employees to benefit from đá bóng trực tiếp early retirement policy and voluntary resignation are stated in Section 2 Part II ofCông văn 1767/BTC-TCCB năm 2025in 2025 as follows:
Officials, public employees, and workers who voluntarily apply for early retirement or voluntary resignation must meet one of đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
(1)Early retirement due to remaining service time calculating retirement age points from up to 10 years or less to đá bóng trực tiếp retirement age stipulated in Appendix I issued withNghị định 135/2020/NĐ-CPor up to 05 years or less to đá bóng trực tiếp retirement age stipulated in Appendix II issued withNghị định 135/2020/NĐ-CPand having sufficient time of compulsory social insurance payment to receive a pension according to law on Social Insurance.
(2)Voluntary resignation when meeting one of đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
- Officials, public employees holding leadership and management positions in units exceeding đá bóng trực tiếp number of leaders and managers as per đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party and State regulations or officials and public employees holding leadership and management positions in units after reorganization holding lower leadership, management positions, or quitting leadership, management positions after reorganization.
- Officials, public employees, and workers have been classified as completing tasks or lower in 02 of đá bóng trực tiếp last 03 years (except for đá bóng trực tiếp case where there are 02 consecutive years classified as not completing tasks).
- Officials, public employees, and workers in đá bóng trực tiếp year before immediately or in đá bóng trực tiếp year considered for đá bóng trực tiếp resignation policy having a total number of sick leave days certified by đá bóng trực tiếp Social Insurance agency providing sick leave benefits according to đá bóng trực tiếp current regulations being equal to or higher than đá bóng trực tiếp maximum number of sick leave days as perLuật xem bóng đá trực tiếpor suffering from long-term illnesses listed in đá bóng trực tiếp disease list needing long-term treatment as perLuật xem bóng đá trực tiếp.
- Cases where legal changes result in failing to meet đá bóng trực tiếp training qualifications, job position requirements, official rank standards, professional title standards of public employees, leadership, management standards, but individuals voluntarily resign when assigned to another job position by đá bóng trực tiếp agency.
- Other specific conditions to đá bóng trực tiếp unit (if any). đá bóng trực tiếp heads of đá bóng trực tiếp vertically organized units, đá bóng trực tiếp State Securities Commission, public service providers under đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Finance provide specific guidance on unique conditions within đá bóng trực tiếp system units as a basis for determining individuals eligible for policies.
In cases where all aforementioned instances have been reviewed but are still insufficient to reduce đá bóng trực tiếp staffing of officials and public employees as required by đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority, if other individuals have suitable wishes, reasons, and meet đá bóng trực tiếp requirements under đá bóng trực tiếp Communist Party and State regulations, then đá bóng trực tiếp agency, organization, and unit directly managing and using officials and public employees report to đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority for approval for early retirement or voluntary resignation according to grading for consideration and decision.
Also specified in Section 5 Part III ofCông văn 1767/BTC-TCCB năm 2025in 2025, đá bóng trực tiếp resolution for early retirement and voluntary resignation policies for officials and public employees will be conducted monthly as follows:
- Before đá bóng trực tiếp 1st of each month, units send đá bóng trực tiếp list, dossiers of those proposing early retirement or voluntary resignation for đá bóng trực tiếp following month to đá bóng trực tiếp units responsible for appraisal (units advising on personnel organization, units advising on financial matters).
- Within 10 days, đá bóng trực tiếp unit advising on personnel organization must complete appraisal on đá bóng trực tiếp subjects with complete dossiers and send a document to đá bóng trực tiếp unit advising on financial matters to proceed with financial appraisal.
- Within 5 days from receiving đá bóng trực tiếp appraisal document from đá bóng trực tiếp unit advising on personnel organization, đá bóng trực tiếp financial advising units of đá bóng trực tiếp organization must complete đá bóng trực tiếp financial appraisal and send đá bóng trực tiếp appraisal document back to đá bóng trực tiếp personnel advising unit for consolidation.
- Within 2 days from receiving đá bóng trực tiếp financial appraisal document, đá bóng trực tiếp personnel advising unit consolidates and submits to đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority for approval.
