On February 27, 2025, the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam issuedNghị định 42/2025/NĐ-CPstipulating the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health.

The Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health is an agency kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam, performing the state management function over fields including: Preventive health; examination, treatment, and rehabilitation; medical, forensic, and psychiatric assessments; mother and child care; population; prevention and fight against social evils (excluding drug addiction treatment and post-treatment management); social protection; traditional medicine and pharmacy; pharmaceuticals, cosmetics; food safety; medical equipment; health insurance, and state management kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp public services within the scope kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp state management kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health.

The Minister kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health submits to the Prime Minister kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam the issuance kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp a list kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp other public service providers under the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health in accordance with regulations.

The Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health performs the duties and powers as prescribed by the Law on the Organization kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government, regulations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Government kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam on the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structures kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ministries and ministerial-level agencies. Notably, the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Health kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam performs specific responsibilities and powers regarding medical equipment and healthcare facilities as follows:

- Develop, issue, or submit to competent authorities for issuance national standards, national technical regulations, strategies, policies, and plans on medical equipment;

- Issue detailed guidance on standards, norms for the use kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp machinery, specialized equipment serving health career activities; issue a list kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical equipment subject to verification and verification procedures for each type kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp equipment in the list;

- Preside over, cooperate with relevant agencies to develop, issue technical regulations and specific regulations on standards, usage norms for constructions belonging to the healthcare facilities as per law and assigned authority.
