What is the organizational structure of Vietnam Television from March 1, 2025?

On February 28, 2025, the Government of Vietnam issuedDecree 47/2025/ND-CP (document attached at the end of the page)detailing the functions, tasks, powers, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organizational structure of Vietnam Television, which takes effect from March 1, 2025.

The organizational structure of Vietnam Television from March 1, 2025 is as follows:

(1) Office.

(2) Personnel Organization Department.

(3) Planning bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Finance Department.

(4) Inspection Department.

(5) Program Department.

(6) Current Affairs Department.

(7) Specialized bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Educational Program Department.

(8) Art Department.

(9) Ethnic Language Broadcast Department.

(10) Foreign Broadcast Department.

(11) Culture bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Entertainment Department.

(12) Sports Department.

(13) Multimedia Editorial Department.

(14) Television Film Center.

(15) Vietnam Television Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

(16) Vietnam Television Center in the Central - Central Highlands Region.

(17) Vietnam Television Center in the Southwest Region.

Vietnam Television has representative offices abroad established in accordance with the law.

Units mentioned from (1) to (4) are assisting the General Director; the unit mentioned in (5) assists the General Director bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp produces programs; units mentioned from (6) to (18) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign representative offices are program production organizations.

The Program Department is organized with no more than 10 divisions; the Office is organized with no more than 8 divisions.

According to Article 2 ofDecree 47/2025/ND-CP, the functions bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp powers of Vietnam Television are as follows:

Vietnam Television performs the duties bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp powers stipulated by the Law on Organization of the Government of Vietnam, legal provisions of the Government regarding agencies under it, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the following specific tasks bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp powers:

- Develop bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submit to the Government of Vietnam bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Prime Minister of Vietnam strategies, programs, long-term, medium-term, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp annual plans, as well as other important projects bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp proposals of Vietnam Television; organize their implementation upon approval.

- Research, propose, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submit to competent authorities the issuance of national standards; promulgate basis standards as mandated by law.

- Organize the production, transmission, broadcasting, distribution, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp storage of television programs, electronic newspapers, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp printed newspapers by legal provisions.

- Participate in developing strategies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp plans for developing the network of press, radio, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp television facilities.

- Decide upon bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp take responsibility for the content, programs, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp daily broadcasting schedules on Vietnam Television channels by legal stipulations.

- Manage directly the specialized technical systems of Vietnam Television for content production; signal transmission over telecommunications infrastructure, broadband internet; satellite, terrestrial, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cable television broadcasts; provide programs bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp channels nationally bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp internationally, as per legal regulations, on Vietnam Television's digital platforms bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp others.

- Deliver external information in Vietnamese bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreign languages for overseas Vietnamese bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp foreigners through various television programs, channels, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp media types.

- Lead bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cooperate with local television bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp broadcast stations in the production of programs aired on Vietnam Television's channels.

- Manage bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp decide on investment bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp construction projects within its authority by law; assess important proposals bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp projects in its field of expertise as assigned by the Prime Minister of Vietnam.

- Vietnam Television applies a self-management mechanism, taking responsibility for its mission, organizational structure, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp workforce management; follow financial bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary mechanisms based on operational results like a state-owned enterprise; operate not for profit.

- Collaborate with ministries bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp related agencies to develop bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submit to competent authorities the financial mechanism of Vietnam Television according to the law.

- Exercise ownership representation rights, manage state-owned capital investments to establish or contribute to enterprises by legal provisions.

- Implement research, apply scientific bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp technological advancements, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp digital transformation activities within Vietnam Television; study bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp develop digital television platforms (online) applying information technology, digital technology, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp digital transformation to enhance audience participation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content creation.

- Train bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educate professional, operational, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp vocational skills in the fields of television bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp media; engage in international cooperation in television bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp related multimedia fields under legal regulations.

- Decide upon bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implement administrative reform programs of Vietnam Television following the goals bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp content of the state administrative reform programs approved by the Government bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Prime Minister of Vietnam.

- Manage organizational structures, public employees, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp laborers; decide on appointments, reappointments, dismissals, commendations, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp disciplines; direct the implementation of salary policies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp other reward policies, training, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp fostering for public employees bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp laborers under the management scope of Vietnam Television by law.

- Manage bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use the budget bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp public assets according to legal provisions.

- Resolve complaints bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp denunciations within its jurisdiction; prevent bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp combat corruption bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp waste according to the law.

- Organize service provision activities as stipulated by law.

- Implement reporting policies to the Government, Prime Minister of Vietnam, the ministry assigned state management of journalism, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp other competent authorities according to the law.

- Perform other duties bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp powers as prescribed by law.
