+ In which đá bóng trực tiếp protest period for đá bóng trực tiếp judgment of đá bóng trực tiếp first-instance court of đá bóng trực tiếp same level as đá bóng trực tiếp prosecutor's office is 15 days, of đá bóng trực tiếp higher-level prosecutor's office is directly 01 month, from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp judgment. In đá bóng trực tiếp event that đá bóng trực tiếp prosecutor does not participate in đá bóng trực tiếp trial, đá bóng trực tiếp protest period shall be counted from đá bóng trực tiếp date đá bóng trực tiếp same-level prosecutor's office receives đá bóng trực tiếp judgment.(Clause 1 of Article 280 of đá bóng trực tiếp Civil Procedure Code 2015)

Therefore, after 30 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp judgment, if đá bóng trực tiếp judgment is not appealed or protested, it officially takes effect.

2. Criminal judgments under đá bóng trực tiếp Criminal Procedure Code 2015 in Vietnam

* First-instance level

According to Article 343 of đá bóng trực tiếp Criminal Procedure Code 2015, a judgment, decision, and đá bóng trực tiếp parts of đá bóng trực tiếp first-instance judgment, decision that are not appealed or protested become legally effective from đá bóng trực tiếp expiration date of đá bóng trực tiếp appeal or protest period.

For đá bóng trực tiếp defendant, đá bóng trực tiếp absent person at đá bóng trực tiếp trial, đá bóng trực tiếp appeal period shall be counted from đá bóng trực tiếp date they receive đá bóng trực tiếp judgment or đá bóng trực tiếp date đá bóng trực tiếp judgment is posted according to đá bóng trực tiếp law. (Clause 1 of Article 333 of đá bóng trực tiếp Criminal Procedure Code 2015)

* Appellate level

According toClause 2 of Article 355, đá bóng trực tiếp appellate judgment takes effect from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp judgment.

3. Judgments under đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Administrative Procedures 2015 in Vietnam

* First-instance level

+ đá bóng trực tiếp appeal period for đá bóng trực tiếp judgment of đá bóng trực tiếp first-instance court is 15 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp judgment; for đá bóng trực tiếp absent person at đá bóng trực tiếp trial or not present at đá bóng trực tiếp time of đá bóng trực tiếp judgment with a legitimate reason, đá bóng trực tiếp appeal period shall be counted from đá bóng trực tiếp date đá bóng trực tiếp judgment is handed over to them or posted.(Article 206)

+ đá bóng trực tiếp protest period for đá bóng trực tiếp judgment of đá bóng trực tiếp first-instance court of đá bóng trực tiếp same-level prosecutor's office is 15 days, and that of đá bóng trực tiếp higher-level prosecutor's office is directly 30 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of đá bóng trực tiếp court's judgment. Within đá bóng trực tiếp 30-day period from đá bóng trực tiếp expiration date of đá bóng trực tiếp appeal or protest period without appeal or protest, đá bóng trực tiếp first-instance court shall send đá bóng trực tiếp legally effective judgment to đá bóng trực tiếp plaintiff, đá bóng trực tiếp same-level prosecutor's office, đá bóng trực tiếp same-level civil enforcement agency, and đá bóng trực tiếp higher-level agency directly in charge of đá bóng trực tiếp defendant.(Article 196)
