Pursuant to Article 37 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroLaw on Social Insurance 2024regulating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro temporary suspension of contributions to compulsory social insurance:
Article 37. Temporary suspension of contributions to compulsory social insurance
- Temporary suspension of contributions to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro retirement and survivorship fund is provided as follows:
a) In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employer faces difficulties leading to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro temporary suspension of production or business, resulting in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro inability of both trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employee and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employer to contribute to social insurance, they are allowed to temporarily stop contributions to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro retirement and survivorship fund for a maximum period of 12 months;
b) After trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro suspension period stipulated at point a of this clause, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employer and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employee must continue to contribute to compulsory social insurance and compensate for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro period of suspended contributions.
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro deadline for compensatory contributions is no later than trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro last day of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro month following trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro month in which trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro suspension of contributions ended. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro amount of compensatory contributions shall equal trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro amount required during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro months of suspension.
- For employees participating in compulsory social insurance who are temporarily detained or suspended from work, both trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employee and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employer shall temporarily stop contributing to compulsory social insurance; in cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro employee is entitled to claim back full salary, both parties must compensate for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro suspension period with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro required amount for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro months of suspension.

- Provide documents and information related to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro request of competent state agencies.
- Resolve complaints and denunciations regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro implementation of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in accordance with this Law and other related laws.
- Engage in international cooperation on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
- Identify and monitor employees and employers who are participants in social insurance under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of Article 30 of this Law.
- Lead trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro development, management, updating, maintenance of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national insurance database, and exploit, use, share data within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro national insurance database as prescribed by law.
