Vietnamese citizens of retirement age who have paid social insurance but do not qualify for a pension according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law and do not qualify for social retirement benefits as stipulated in Article 21 of this Law, if they do not withdraw social insurance in a lump sum and do not reserve it but have a request, are entitled to a monthly allowance from their own contributions in accordance with Clause 2 of this Article.

How long must social insurance be paid to be eligible for a pension in Vietnam?
Based on Article 64 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Social Insurance Law 2024 stipulating vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects and conditions for receiving a pension:
Subjects and conditions for receiving a pension
- Subjects referred to in points a, b, c, g, h, i, k, l, m and n Clause 1 and Clause 2 Article 2 of this Law, upon cessation of work with a mandatory social insurance contribution period of at least 15 years, are entitled to a pension if they fall into one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a) Reaching vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay retirement age stipulated in Clause 2, Article 169 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Labor Code;

a) Maternity benefit;
