From July 1, 2025, which cases are entitled to a one-time survivorship allowance?

Based on Article 88 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 2024 Social Insurance Law, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cases eligible for a one-time survivorship allowance are:

Cases eligible for a one-time survivorship allowance

1. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following subjects, when dying or being declared dead by a court, have their relatives entitled to a one-time survivorship allowance:

a) Persons participating in social insurance or preserving bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp time of social insurance contribution;

b) Persons receiving or temporarily suspending bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp receipt of retirement pensions; persons receiving or temporarily suspending bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp receipt of monthly occupational accident and occupational disease benefits after having retired from work.

2. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subjects specified in Clause 1 of this Article, when dying, have their relatives entitled to a one-time survivorship allowance in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following cases:

a) Not meeting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions specified at Point a, Clause 1, Article 86 of this Law;

b) Belonging to one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cases specified in Clause 1, Article 86 of this Law but with no relatives entitled to monthly survivorship benefits as specified in Clause 2, Article 86 of this Law;

c) Relatives entitled to monthly survivorship benefits according to Clause 2, Article 86 of this Law but desire to receive a one-time survivorship allowance;

d) In cases where there are no relatives specified in Clause 7, Article 3 of this Law, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp one-time survivorship allowance shall be executed according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp law on inheritance.

Additionally, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp relatives of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp above subjects are entitled to a one-time survivorship allowance in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following cases:

[1] Not meeting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp mandatory social insurance contribution time of at least 15 years;

[2] Belonging to one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cases but with no relatives entitled to monthly survivorship benefits:

- Having mandatory social insurance contribution time of at least 15 years;

- Receiving or temporarily suspending retirement pensions;

- Dying due to occupational accident, occupational disease according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp law on labor safety and hygiene;

- Receiving or temporarily suspending monthly occupational accident and occupational disease benefits with a labor ability reduction rate of 61% or more;

[3] Relatives entitled to monthly survivorship benefits but desire to receive a one-time survivorship allowance;

[4] In cases where there are no relatives, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp one-time survivorship allowance shall be executed according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp law on inheritance.
