From July 1, 2025, which individuals in Vietnam are eligible for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits?

Pursuant to Article 21 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Insurance Law 2024onthe subjects and conditions for receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits:

Article 21. Subjects and conditions for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits

1. Vietnamese citizens are entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits when they meet the following conditions:

a) Aged 75 years or older;

b) Not receiving a monthly pension or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance benefits, except for other cases as stipulated by the Government of Vietnam;

c) Have a written request to receive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits.

2. Vietnamese citizens aged 70 to under 75 belonging to poor households, near-poor households, and satisfying the conditions specified at points b and c of clause 1 of this Article are entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits.

3. The Standing Committee of the National Assembly decides to gradually reduce the age for receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits based on the proposal of the Government of Vietnam in accordance with the conditions of socio-economic development and the capacity of the state budget at each period.

4. The Government of Vietnam stipulates in detail clause 2 of this Article.

Thus, from July 1, 2025, Vietnamese citizens are eligible for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits when they meet the following conditions:

- Aged 75 years or older

- Not receiving a monthly pension or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance benefits, except for other cases as stipulated by the Government of Vietnam

- Have a written request to receive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits

Additionally, Vietnamese citizens aged 70 to under 75 belonging to poor households, near-poor households, and meeting the following conditions are entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits:

- Not receiving a monthly pension or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance benefits, except for other cases as stipulated by the Government of Vietnam

- Have a written request to receive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits

Based on Article 4 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Insurance Law 2024on the types and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance benefits:

Article 4. Types and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance benefits

1. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits include the following policies:

a) Monthly trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits;

b) Funeral cost support;

c) Health insurance paid by the state budget.

2. Mandatory trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance includes the following policies:

a) Sickness;

b) Maternity;

c) Retirement;

d) Survivorship;

e) Occupational accident and disease insurance as regulated by the Law on Occupational Safety and Health.

3. Voluntary trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay insurance includes the following policies:

a) Maternity benefits;

b) Retirement;

c) Survivorship;

d) Occupational accident insurance as regulated by the Law on Occupational Safety and Health.

4. Unemployment insurance as regulated by the Employment Law.

5. Supplemental retirement insurance.

- Funeral cost support

- Health insurance paid by the state budget

Based on Article 22 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Insurance Law 2024on the policies, procedures, and implementation sequence of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits:

Article 22. Policies, procedures, and implementation sequence of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits

1. The monthly trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefit amount is determined by the Government of Vietnam in accordance with socio-economic development conditions and the capacity of the state budget at each period. Every 3 years, the Government of Vietnam reviews and considers adjusting the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefit amount.

Depending on the socio-economic conditions, the ability to balance the budget, and mobilize trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay resources, the provincial People's Committee submits to the People's Council at the same level to decide on additional support for those receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits.

2. In cases where the subjects stipulated in Article 21 of this Law simultaneously belong to other categories that receive monthly trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay welfare benefits, they are entitled to the higher benefit policy.

3. Persons receiving monthly trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits have their health insurance paid by the state budget in accordance with the law on health insurance, and when they die, the organization or individual responsible for conducting the funeral is entitled to funeral cost support in accordance with the law on the elderly.

4. The Government of Vietnam stipulates the procedures and implementation sequence for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefits.

According to the above provisions, the monthly trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefit amount is determined by the Government of Vietnam in accordance with socio-economic development conditions and the capacity of the state budget at each period. Every 3 years, the Government of Vietnam reviews and considers adjusting the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retirement benefit amount.
