Based on Article 67 of theSocial Insurance Law 2024regulating pension adjustment:
Article 67. Pension Adjustment
- Pensions are adjusted based on the rate of increase xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the consumer price index, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái line with the state budget's capacity and the social insurance fund.
- An appropriate pension increase adjustment is implemented for individuals with low pensions who retired before 1995, ensuring a reduction xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the pension gap between retirees from different periods.
- The Government of Vietnam stipulates the timing, subjects, and level of pension adjustments outlined xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái this Article.
According to the above regulation, an appropriate pension increase adjustment will be implemented for individuals with low pensions who retired before 1995, ensuring a reduction xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the pension gap between retirees from different periods.
Thus, only those with low pensions who retired before 1995 will have their pensions adjusted.

From July 1, 2025, which subjects will participate xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái compulsory social insurance xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam?
Based on Article 2 of theSocial Insurance Law 2024on the subjects required to participate xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái compulsory social insurance:
- Employees working under a labor contract of indefinite duration, or a labor contract with a definite term of one month or longer, including cases where the employee and employer agree under different names but reflect the nature of paid work with management, administration, and supervision by one party
- Officials and public employees
- Defense workers and public employees, police workers, and those working xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái other security organizations
- Officers, professional army personnel of the People's Army; professional officers and non-commissioned officers, technical officers and non-commissioned officers of the People's Public Security; persons doing cipher work who receive salaries like military personnel
- Non-commissioned officers, soldiers of the People's Army; non-commissioned officers, compulsory service soldiers of the People's Public Security; military, police, cipher students studying with living allowances
- Permanent militia
- Employees going to work abroad under a contract as regulated by the Law on Vietnamese Employees Working Abroad under Contract, except for cases where international treaties of which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member have different provisions
- Husband or wife not receiving salary from the state budget assigned to work a term with members of Vietnam's representative body abroad entitled to living expense policies
- Enterprise managers, controllers, persons representing state capital, persons representing enterprise capital according to the law; members of the board of directors, General Director, Director, members of the audit board or controllers and other elected management positions xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cooperatives and unions of cooperatives, receiving salaries
- Non-specialized workers at commune level, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái villages, residential areas

Furthermore, foreign national workers xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam who are subject to compulsory social insurance participation, when working under a definite-term labor contract for 12 months or longer with employers xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam, except for the following cases:
- Internal mobility within enterprises as regulated by the law on foreign employees working xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam
- At the time of signing the labor contract, they have reached the retirement age as prescribed
- International treaties of which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member have different provisions

Based on Article 4 of theSocial Insurance Law 2024regulating the types and benefits of social insurance:
Article 4. Types and Social Insurance Benefits
- Social pension benefits include the following policies:
a) Monthly social pension benefit;
b) Funeral expense support;
c) Health insurance entitlement is funded by the state budget.- Compulsory social insurance includes the following policies:
a) Sickness;
b) Maternity;
c) Retirement;
d) Survivorship;
e) Occupational accident and occupational disease insurance according to the provisions of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health.
