Pursuant to Article 55 of đá bóng trực tiếp Law on occupational safety and hygiene in 2015 stipulating support for career change of victims when returning to work:
Support for career change of victims when returning to work.
1. đá bóng trực tiếp employer shall assign new works for đá bóng trực tiếp victims as prescribed in Clause 8 Article 38 of this Law; đá bóng trực tiếp employee shall be supported tuition fees if đá bóng trực tiếp training courses for change in occupations are required.
2. đá bóng trực tiếp support does not exceed 50% of tuition fees and 15 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate; each employee shall be entitled to up to 2 times of supports and once a year.
As regulated above, đá bóng trực tiếp support rate for career change of occupational victims when returning to work in Vietnam in 2024 is not more than 50% of đá bóng trực tiếp tuition fee and a maximum of not more than 15 times đá bóng trực tiếp statutory pay rate (đá bóng trực tiếp current statutory pay rate is 1,800,000 VND per month according to Decree 24/2023/ND-CP).
Note: đá bóng trực tiếp maximum number of support times for each employee is two. Within one year, they can only receive support once.

Pursuant to Article 12 of đá bóng trực tiếp Decree 88/2020/ND-CP stipulating conditions for receipt of assistance in career change for victims of occupational accidents and diseases upon their returning to work:
Conditions for receipt of assistance in career change for victims of occupational accidents and diseases upon their returning to work
An employer shall be provided with financial assistance in career change training for an employee as prescribed in Article 55 of đá bóng trực tiếp Law on Occupational Safety and Health if đá bóng trực tiếp employee satisfies đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
1. đá bóng trực tiếp employee suffers from WPI of at least 31% as a result of đá bóng trực tiếp occupational accident or occupational disease;
2. đá bóng trực tiếp employer offers đá bóng trực tiếp employee a new job under đá bóng trực tiếp management of đá bóng trực tiếp employer suitable for đá bóng trực tiếp employee’s health and expectation but đá bóng trực tiếp job requires vocational training before đá bóng trực tiếp change;
3. đá bóng trực tiếp employee is participating in occupational accident and occupational disease insurance in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp law at đá bóng trực tiếp time of having đá bóng trực tiếp occupational accident or occupational disease.
As regulated above, an employer shall be provided with financial assistance in career change training for an employee if đá bóng trực tiếp employee satisfies đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:

Application for assistance in career change
1. An application form for financial assistance in career change training for employees having occupational accident or disease, which is made using đá bóng trực tiếp Form No. 03 in đá bóng trực tiếp Appendix hereof.
2. A certified true copy of đá bóng trực tiếp WPI assessment report given by đá bóng trực tiếp Medical Examination Council.
3. Certified true copies of documents evidencing payment of tuition fees as prescribed.
As regulated above, đá bóng trực tiếp application for assistance in career change for employees having occupational accident in Vietnam includes following documents:
- An application form for financial assistance in career change training for employees having occupational accident or disease, which is made using đá bóng trực tiếp Form No. 03 in đá bóng trực tiếp Appendix hereof.
