Pursuant to Article 25 of theLaw on Social đá bóng trực tiếp 2024stipulating social đá bóng trực tiếp books:
Article 25. Social đá bóng trực tiếp books
- Social đá bóng trực tiếp books are issued to each worker, containing basic information about the individual, recording contributions, benefits, resolution of social đá bóng trực tiếp benefits, and other necessary related information.
- Social đá bóng trực tiếp books are issued in electronic form, physical form, and both have equal legal value.
By no later than January 01, 2026, social đá bóng trực tiếp books in electronic form will be issued; physical social đá bóng trực tiếp books will be issued upon the request of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants.
- Data on social đá bóng trực tiếp books is updated accurately, promptly, and verified and managed according to regulations.
- The Government of Vietnam shall detail this Article.
According to the above regulations, from January 01, 2026, social đá bóng trực tiếp books will be issued in electronic form; physical social đá bóng trực tiếp books will be issued upon the request of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants.

Article 10. Rights of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants and beneficiaries
- Social đá bóng trực tiếp participants have the following rights:
a) Enjoy social đá bóng trực tiếp benefits as provided by this Law;
b) Be issued social đá bóng trực tiếp books;
c) Be periodically provided monthly information on social đá bóng trực tiếp contributions via electronic means; receive confirmation of social đá bóng trực tiếp contributions from the social đá bóng trực tiếp agency upon request;
d) Request the employer and relevant agencies and organizations to fully fulfill their social đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities towards them according to the law;
dd) Be informed and educated on social đá bóng trực tiếp policies and law;

What are the responsibilities of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 11 of theLaw on Social đá bóng trực tiếp 2024stipulating the responsibilities of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants and beneficiaries:
Article 11. Responsibilities of social đá bóng trực tiếp participants and beneficiaries
- Social đá bóng trực tiếp participants have the following responsibilities:
a) Contribute to social đá bóng trực tiếp as stipulated by this Law;
b) Monitor the fulfillment of social đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities towards them;
c) Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in compliance with social đá bóng trực tiếp registration requirements.
- The social đá bóng trực tiếp beneficiaries have the following responsibilities:
a) Comply with the regulations on procedures, processes, and other requirements for enjoying social đá bóng trực tiếp benefits as stipulated by this Law and other relevant regulations;
b) Refund social đá bóng trực tiếp benefits when a competent authority determines the benefits were not obtained in compliance with the law;
c) Annually, social đá bóng trực tiếp beneficiaries through personal accounts opened at banks must cooperate with the social đá bóng trực tiếp agency or service organizations authorized by the social đá bóng trực tiếp agency to verify information to ensure eligibility for social đá bóng trực tiếp benefits.
According to the above regulations, social đá bóng trực tiếp participants have the following responsibilities:

- Monitor the fulfillment of social đá bóng trực tiếp responsibilities towards them
