- The trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Registration Office shall perform the following tasks:
a) Check conditions for exercising rights as prescribed by the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law regarding cases of exercising rights by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay users or property owners attached to the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; if conditions are not met according to the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law, the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Registration Office shall state reasons and return documents to the applicant.
b) When processing procedures for registering trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use right changes for a parcel that has been granted a certificate based on the cadastral map or extract from the cadastral map parcel, the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Registration Office is not required to conduct surveying or re-determining the parcel's area, except where the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay user or property owner attached to the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requires it.

According to the above regulations, transferring trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use rights requires trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use right change registration. When transferring trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use rights for a parcel with an existing certificate, the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Registration Office is not required to conduct surveying or determine the parcel's area, except if the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay user or property owner attached to the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requests it.

[2]trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay allocated for management, in the following cases:
- Domestic organizations are allocated to manage public works and safety corridors of works as prescribed by law.
- Domestic organizations are allocated to manage trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with water surface of rivers and special-use water trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
- Economic organizations are allocated to manage trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay areas for implementing investment projects as prescribed by law.
Note: Except when trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is concurrently allocated for use and management, then a Certificate of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Use Rights, ownership of properties attached to the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay shall be issued for the area of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used per the trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay allocation or lease decision by competent state authorities.
