Promulgation of Circular 94/2024/TT-BQP providing detailed provisions on certain articles of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Housing in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Army of Vietnam

On November 11, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of National Defense of Vietnam issuedThông tư 94/2024/TT-BQPwhich provides detailed regulations on certain articles of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Housing, including:

- Clause 9 of Article 78 regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of documents proving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entity specified in Clause 7, Article 76 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Housing is entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay housing support policy within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense.

- Clause 2 of Article 101 regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form of documents proving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entity entitled to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay housing support policy for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay armed forces within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense.

- Clause 2 of Article 105 regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements for housing construction investment projects for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay armed forces within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense.

Article 2 ofCircular 94/2024/TT-BQPstipulates trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects of application include:

- Officers, professional soldiers, officials, defense workers, and public employees serving in active duty; cipher officials, and others working in cipher organizations receiving salaries from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense.

Article 5. Requirements for housing construction investment projects for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense

1. Housing construction investment projects for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense must meet trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements specified in Article 33 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Housing and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements to ensure State secrecy in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay field of national defense.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay functional agencies of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense, implementing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay orders of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of National Defense, shall preside over and cooperate with relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to carry out procedures on land, housing construction investment for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces under trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of National Defense, ensuring compliance with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay specific characteristics of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national defense sector.

Article 101. Subjects entitled to housing support policies for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces

1. Subjects specified in Clause 7, Article 76 of this Law are entitled to housing support policies for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of National Defense and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Public Security issue forms of documents proving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects entitled to housing support policies for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces under management scope.

Based on Article 76 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Housing 2023on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects entitled to social housing support policies:

Article 76. Subjects entitled to social housing support policies

1. People with meritorious services to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution, family members of martyrs who are supported to improve housing conditions as specified by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ordinance on Preferential Treatment of People with Meritorious Services to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Revolution.

2. Poor and near-poor households in rural areas.

3. Poor and near-poor households in rural areas in regions frequently affected by natural disasters, climate change.

4. Poor and near-poor households in urban areas.

5. Low-income people in urban areas.

6. Workers and employees working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative alliances both inside and outside industrial parks.

7. Officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay people's armed forces, public security workers, officials, defense workers and public employees serving in active duty; cipher workers, others working in cipher organizations receiving salaries from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget.
